City Woman magazine profiles Edith Carter
in the spring 2005 issue of Ottawa City Woman magazine:
"Edith Carter is the woman behind the House of Culinary Inventions.
She’s also an activist, an artist, a musician, and a writer. "I

"Edith Carter has been on radio
and television and speaks at presentations by holistic practitioners.

to work with her in creating a healthier world for ourselves and our children."
Margaret Troy MD
